Trent Johnson LSU

Trent Johnson LSU wants to leave Stanford after four seasons because he wants to become a new coach at LSU, according to reports in the Louisiana media and online.

Johnson, who had one year left on his contract, was 81-48 with the Cardinal after replacing Mike Montgomery as new coach.

Trent Johnson is one of the best communicators in the basketball world.  When he was an assistant coach at Stanford, he ALWAYS stayed after practice and played one-on-one with guys who weren’t getting the reputations they wanted.  He talked with them and built them up and made them ready for the opportunity which one day will come.
