The one reason that we can be sure that Katt Williams did not die in a plane crash, is that it is nowhere on Google News, as well as any of the other major news sites. So it is just one of those sick rumors yet again.
Given the number of people on Yahoo Answers that are claiming to have received the text message, it sounds like a 4chan or similar stunt at this stage. We’ll update the post if we hear anything.

Katt Williams can’t be dead because it surely would have been on every news station and website. I’ve searched and searched and searched the internet all day and I’ve come to the conclusion that Mr. Williams is still alive. Whomever started that rumor is a dumb a**!
