It is amazing how well people can do in this. I am lucky if I can run a mile a week. I really admire all the different people that go out and run marathons.

Boston Marathon Results – Great… How many of them were even 50? If not in top result at least finisher.

In order to run a marathon like these amazing runners, you must build up your stamina and endurance, a little bit at a time. You can’t sit on the couch all week and then enter the Boston Marathon and expect to win. Like you said, a mile a day is a good goal.
