74 old japanese man wins bodybuilding championship

A 74 old man from Japan won a bodybuilding championship!!!

He began bodybuilding in his 40 and never stopped since. It’s really amazing that we can still have a great body at this kind of age!!!

So it’s never too late or to be too old to have a great body!!!
